The International Property Show (IPS) achieved only 16,000 registrations in 2024 with expensive leads, high confirmation drop-off, and low actual attendance from confirmed guests. The 2025 target was 25,000 registrations — a 56% increase — requiring a complete overhaul of the paid media and conversion strategy.
Our Approach
Conducted a full marketing audit and user journey mapping to identify friction points. Built a multi-channel paid media plan across Google Search, Performance Max, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and retargeting. Produced 80 high-impact creative assets (40 banners + 40 video creatives) in English and Arabic. Implemented advanced conversion tracking and email/WhatsApp automation to re-engage registered attendees.
The Results
