AQAAR's flagship development — Dusit Thani Residences Ajman — had no digital presence whatsoever at project launch. The campaign needed to serve three distinct audiences (investors, end-buyers, brokers) simultaneously, in three languages (English, Arabic, Russian), while competing in the highly contested UAE real estate market within a tight event-driven timeline.
Our Approach
Created a high-end brand identity aligned with Dusit Thani's international hospitality standards. Executed end-to-end launch marketing: SEO-led web development, Meta performance marketing (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, targeted audience-specific landing pages, and a high-impact PR and launch event. All channels were unified around a single goal: investor lead generation.

60+ keywords ranked in Google's first page. 100+ qualified investor leads generated. 1.22M total campaign reach. 291 organic SEO users in the first reporting period. 1.07 AED average cost per conversion. 43.43% Google Ads conversion rate. 5.37% overall Meta CTR. Average search position 3 within the first week of going live.
